Business software · Built in Ontario
Run your whole business on software that carries your name.
Kiosks, booking, CRM, documents, signage, POS and door access — one platform, installed on your own website, supported by the people who built it.
Free first conversation. No sales team — you talk to the builders.
Dashboard
| Client | Status | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Summit Dental Group | Active | $12,400 |
| Bloom Spa & Wellness | Trial | $2,180 |
| Northwind Legal | Active | $8,920 |
| Harbour Fitness | Past due | $640 |
Products
Nine products. One login, one invoice, one team to call.
Ready to deploy today. They share accounts, reporting and billing, so adding a second one later is a settings change, not a new vendor.
Self Check-in Kiosk
Visitor and patient check-in on a tablet or kiosk. Collects forms and ID on arrival and feeds a live queue.
Appointment Booking
Online booking on your own website with staff calendars, SMS reminders and deposits.
CRM
Contacts, pipeline, follow-ups and reporting for small sales and service teams.
Digital Documents
Send, sign and store agreements and intake paperwork with a full audit trail.
Salon Management
Booking, staff schedules, point of sale, inventory and client history in one system.
Restaurant & POS
Tables, orders, kitchen display and payments for counter-service and dine-in restaurants.
Digital Signage
Schedule menus, promotions and notices to any number of screens from one place.
Donation Kiosk
Tap-to-give kiosks and online giving with automatic receipts and donor records.
Access Control
Door access by card, PIN or phone, with visitor passes and a log of every entry.
Custom software
Need something that isn’t on this list?
Most of these products started as a custom build for one client. If your problem is specific to your business, that is usually where we start.
White label
Your customers should never see our name.
Most booking, kiosk and donation tools send your customers off to the vendor’s website. Ours are installed on yours. Same page, same colours, same trust.
Typical third-party tool
The same booking flow, installed by CodeForce
| Typical vendor | CodeForce | |
|---|---|---|
| Where customers end up | Redirected to the vendor’s domain | Stay on your website, on your domain |
| Branding | Vendor logo, colours and "Powered by" footer | Your logo, your colours, nothing else |
| Design | Generic, same for every customer | Matched to your existing site |
| Emails and receipts | Sent from the vendor’s address | Sent from your address |
| Your data | Lives in the vendor’s account | Exportable at any time; hosted in Canada on request |
| Adding a second product | A second vendor, login and invoice | Same account, same invoice |
Custom software & IT
When the software does not exist yet, we build it.
Every one of our products began as a custom job for a local business. If your process is unusual enough that nothing off the shelf fits, that is the work we like best.
Off-the-shelf software makes you change how you work. We would rather change the software.
Recent custom work includes a patient-flow system for a walk-in clinic, a quoting and invoicing tool for a trades company, an inventory system for a warehouse, and a membership and donation platform for a place of worship.
- Web and mobile applications
- Customer portals, staff tools, internal dashboards. Web first; iOS and Android when the job needs it.
- Integrations
- Connecting what you already use — accounting, payment processors, email, EHR/EMR, scheduling and hardware.
- Hardware and kiosks
- Tablets, card readers, receipt printers, door controllers, screens. We spec, supply and install.
- Hosting and IT
- Servers, domains, email, backups and monitoring. Canadian hosting available for data that must stay here.
- Replacing spreadsheets
- The most common request. A small database with the right screens, built around how your team actually works.
- Ongoing support
- A monthly arrangement that covers fixes, small changes and a phone number to call. No ticket portal required.
How a project runs
Listen
A one-hour conversation about how the work happens today, what is slow, and what has to stay the same. Usually on site.
Write it down
A short plain-English scope with a fixed price or a clear day rate. You know what you are getting before anything is built.
Build in the open
You see working software every week, not a demo at the end. Changes of mind early are cheap; we plan for them.
Launch and stay
We install, train your staff, and stay on call. Most clients keep us on a small monthly retainer afterwards.
About CodeForce
A small Ontario software company, on purpose.
CodeForce started in 2018 as a web development shop in Kitchener–Waterloo. The first kiosk we built was for a clinic that was tired of paper sign-in sheets; the first signage system for a restaurant that kept reprinting menus. Those two jobs turned into products, and the products turned into a company.
Today we work from Cambridge, Ontario with clients across Canada — clinics, salons, restaurants, places of worship, offices and non-profits. We have stayed deliberately small so that the people you meet on day one are the same people who answer the phone in year three.
- 01You talk to the people who build it
- There is no account manager between you and the developer. The person who takes your call can open the code.
- 02Fixed prices where we can
- Products are a simple monthly fee. Custom work gets a written scope and a number before we start.
- 03No lock-in
- Your data is yours and exportable. No long-term contracts after launch. We would rather earn the renewal.
- 04Long relationships
- We measure ourselves on how long clients stay with us, not on how many we sign in a quarter.
Included with every product
The unglamorous parts, handled.
These apply to every product, whether you run one salon or twelve clinics. None of them are add-ons.
- One account across products
- Staff log in once. Add booking to a kiosk client, or signage to a restaurant POS, without a second system.
- Your branding, everywhere
- Logos, colours, email sender, receipts and the kiosk screen itself. There is no CodeForce badge to remove.
- Works on the devices you have
- Browser-based admin on any laptop. Kiosks run on standard iPads or Android tablets; we can supply hardware.
- Data you can take with you
- Export to CSV or connect over the API at any time. Backups are taken daily and kept off-site.
- Roles, permissions, audit log
- Front desk, manager and owner see different things. Every change is recorded with who made it and when.
- Hosting in Canada on request
- For clinics and organisations with residency requirements, we host on Canadian servers.
- Reporting that answers questions
- Bookings per staff member, no-show rate, donations by campaign, sales by hour — as tables you can export, not just charts.
- Integrations we maintain
- Stripe for card payments, Google and Outlook calendar sync, SMS and email reminders, CSV export for your accountant. Others on request.
- Support by phone and email
- Ontario business hours, and an after-hours line for outages that stop you trading.
Get in touch
Tell us what you are trying to fix.
A sentence or two is enough. We read every message ourselves and reply within one business day — usually with a couple of questions and a suggestion for a short call.
